Disconnect Gmail from Relay

1. Sign in to Relay and open Email settings.
2. Find the connected Gmail account and choose Disconnect.
3. Confirm the disconnection.

Disconnecting removes Relay's stored Google OAuth tokens and stops Relay from sending through that Gmail account. You can also revoke Relay from the third-party connections page in your Google Account.

Remove Relay from Meta

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
2. Open Business integrations and select Relay.
3. Choose Remove and confirm the removal.

Request deletion from Relay

Email jkhoury@excaliburinteractive.io from the address associated with your Relay account. Include the company name, identify Gmail or Meta, and state that you want the company's integration data deleted. Relay will verify that the requester is authorized for the workspace before completing the request.

What is removed

A Gmail request removes the stored Google connection, OAuth tokens, and connected-account record. A Meta request removes the stored Meta connection, Page access tokens, Page and form mappings, and Meta lead event records. Existing CRM contacts and email history remain company-controlled business records unless the authorized requester also asks for those records to be deleted, subject to records Relay must retain.
